Scott leads the Billboard 200 with 232,000 units, as Bieber’s ‘Swag’ lands at No. 2 with nearly 200 million streams.
In a fiercely competitive release week, Travis Scott has secured the top spot on the Billboard 200 with JackBoys 2, ending Justin Bieber’s unbroken 15-year streak of No. 1 album debuts.
JackBoys 2—a collaborative project under Scott’s Cactus Jack label—earned 232,000 equivalent album units, including 160,000 in traditional sales, according to Billboard. It marks Scott’s sixth No. 1 album, following four solo efforts and the original JackBoys compilation.
Bieber’s surprise drop, Swag, debuted at No. 2 with 163,000 units, largely fueled by 198.77 million streams, and minimal physical sales (which are expected to count toward future charts once shipped). Though it fell short of the top spot, Swag continues to make noise—with lead single “Daisies” topping both Apple Music and Spotify’s U.S. daily charts and eyeing a potential No. 1 debut on the Hot 100.
The runner-up finish ends Bieber’s six-album No. 1 debut streak that started with My World 2.0 in 2010. It’s the first time in his career that an album hasn’t opened at the top.
Scott also dethroned Morgan Wallen, whose album I’m The Problem had led the chart for the past eight weeks and remains the biggest-selling album of 2025 so far.
As the summer heats up, the race for dominance on both the Billboard 200 and Hot 100 shows no signs of slowing down.
